* All papers must
be presented by one of the authors. At least one author must
register for the conference and pay the fee prior to Regular
Registration deadline in order for the paper to be published
in the conference proceedings and accepted in the final
program.
* One regular
registration can cover a paper within 5 pages, including all
figures, tables, and references for one main author of the
paper. More than 5 pages, you need to pay 30 USD per page.
* One regular
registration covers only one author. Co-authors SHOULD also
register in-order to join in the conference and display
their name in the conference materials.
* All the
registration fees quoted above are inclusive the Taxes.
* If the refund is
requested prior to July 1, 2026, 30% of registration fee
will be charged. No refund will be processed after July 1, 2026. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA
application of individual being denied.
* Due to force
majeure including but not limited to earthquake, natural
disaster, war and country policy, the organizer reserves the
rights to change the conference dates or venue with
immediate effect and takes no responsibility.
